Our Story
Hord Nest was founded in 2022 by a team of quantitative finance professionals and blockchain engineers who shared a conviction: that the sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies available to hedge funds and institutional desks should be accessible to individual investors worldwide.
The traditional barriers — high minimum investments, opaque fee structures, and restricted geographic access — had long excluded retail investors from the most consistent return-generating strategies in digital asset markets. We set out to change that.
Starting with a small group of beta investors and a single trading strategy, we grew through word-of-mouth by doing one thing exceptionally well: delivering on our commitments with full transparency. Today, Hord Nest serves investors across 64 countries, managing over $248 million in aggregated platform volume through a suite of Investment Plans and algorithmic Trading Pools.
We are registered in England and Wales, operating under rigorous internal compliance frameworks aligned with FCA expectations, and working towards full regulatory authorisation as the UK digital asset regulatory landscape matures.
