- 5+ years full-stack experience
- Strong TypeScript and React skills
- Experience with financial APIs or trading systems
- Comfort with distributed systems and PostgreSQL
Quantitative Analyst
Develop, backtest, and optimise algorithmic trading strategies across digital asset markets. Work directly with our CTO and Head of Quant on next-generation yield strategies.
- MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scipy)
- Experience backtesting systematic strategies
- Knowledge of digital asset market microstructure
Compliance Analyst
Support our compliance function across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Help us maintain our gold-standard compliance framework as we grow.
- ICA Certificate in AML or equivalent
- 2+ years in fintech or crypto compliance
- Familiarity with UK FCA expectations
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
Growth Marketing Manager
Own acquisition and retention marketing for Hord Nest. Build campaigns that bring serious investors to the platform and keep them engaged through lifecycle marketing and content.
- 3+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills (GA4, Mixpanel)
- Content strategy and SEO knowledge
Client Success Specialist
Be the first point of contact for our investor community. Handle account queries, onboarding support, and escalations with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
- 2+ years in customer success or support

Senior Product Designer
